1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the myAdvantage. By subscribing to myAdvantage, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility
myAdvantage is available to individuals residing within and outside Nigeria. 

3. Subscription and Payment
Subscription: You must subscribe to myAdvantage to access all its features and benefits. 
Payment: The subscription fee is due upon enrollment. Payment shall be made through Routepay. 

4. Services
Tele-consultations: You will have access to teleconsultations with qualified medical professionals.
Medications: myAdvantage covers medications for 30 common ailments as specified in the medication coverage policy.
Money-Back Guarantee: If you do not have any teleconsultation sessions with our medical team and or get medication through myAdvantage after one year, that is, 365 days, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your deposit. 
Aha Trybe: You are eligible to join the Aha Trybe, our virtual community focused on health and wellness. Here, we have fun, challenge one another towards healthier lifestyles, and learn every day. 
State Health Insurance: Upon successful access to care for the first time, myAdvantage shall register/enroll you for your State health insurance scheme. 

5. Limitations
Emergency Care: myAdvantage does not cover emergency care. 
Medications Restrictions: Branded medications are not covered for the 30 common ailments except if you prefer to pay out of pocket for such brands of medications. 
Medication Administration: Where medications are required, subscribers will be directed to the nearest pharmacy to pick up prescribed medications, however, such subscribers may choose to opt for home/office delivery which shall attract a delivery fee. 
Prescription Restrictions: Prescription for treating the approved ailments shall be obtained from the medical team with the myAdvantage program OR alternatively, a legitimate prescription with essential medicines by a licensed or registered healthcare facility or practitioner (e.g. clinic, hospital, medical doctor etc.) provided medications contained in the prescription are specifically for the covered ailments.
Uncovered Health Conditions/Instances: Where the health condition of a subscriber requires lab tests, hospital visits etc. myAdvantage shall refer free of charge, especially to partners offering discounts, the cost for this treatment would be out of pocket by the user (referrals are free). 
The following instances and needs are not covered;
Supplements (non-essential medication)
Hospital/Doctor physical Visit
Laboratory Test
Diagnosis Surgery etc

6. Operating Hour: 
Unless otherwise stated, myAdvantage operates 8 am to 10 pm daily from Monday to Sunday including public holidays. 
However, Pharmacies in some areas may close earlier than 9 pm or not open as early as 8 am due to some reasons, where such exists the user will be informed accordingly and their prescription routed to the next available or opened pharmacy or given the option for delivery at a fee. 

7. Confidentiality
We will protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

8. Termination/Break Out
You may terminate/breakout your myAdvantage subscription at any time. Note that termination attracts a processing fee which is 18% of your total fixed deposit (subscription fee)
However, only subscribers who have never accessed care, that is, never had teleconsultation with myAdvantage medical team nor received medication through myAdvantage are eligible for termination/breakout. 

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the myAdvantage website, community and communicated to every subscriber via email and SMS.
