Can I cancel a subscription after payment?
You can cancel your subscription and withdraw your fixed deposit before maturity (12 months). However, 18% of the total amount paid will be deducted for processing fee.

Once your prescription is confirmed, the fulfilment team will contact you to pick up at the closest pharmacy to you depending on your location to your pharmacy of choice and where the medications are available. However, you can request for delivery if you prefer, but it attracts a token for delivery.
What payment methods are accepted for myAdvantage?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and payments through our partner apps e.g Routepay, Paystack. You can choose your preferred option.
We do not accept installment payment plans for myAdvantage at the moment. We will inform you when this option is available.
