aha! Trybe: How long have you been a member of aha! Trybe?

Whitney: I joined aha trybe since the beginning of December, last year and it has been amazing ever since. I’ve had a really nice experience since I joined.

aha! Trybe: Why did you join the Trybe?

Whitney: My dad introduced myAdvantage to me as a fast and reliable service for affordable healthcare when I was ill. I found it interesting and joined immediately.

aha! Trybe: How would you describe your experience with us so far?

Whitney: Tremendous is one word I will use. I really really love the service I get as a trybe member and it is amazing each time.

aha! Trybe: What do you like most about the trybe?

Whitney: I love the good attention to details from the medical providers and I also enjoy the interaction on the trybe.

aha! Trybe: What did you want to become when you were a child?

Whitney: Well, I didn’t really have a clear idea of what I wanted to be as a child, but growing up, I developed a passion for singing and I was so inspired by Beyoncé. I love singing so much that I even joined the children’s choir while growing up and I had the privilege of representing my church in various places.

aha! Trybe: What is your current occupation?

Whitney: I run a food business.

aha! Trybe: What do you love most about your job?

Whitney: I’ll talk about my last job. I worked as an administrator for a company. I loved the way it helped me interact with people.

aha! Trybe: What does success mean to you?

Whitney: Success to me is the ability to reach your goals. Whatever those goals may be.

aha! Trybe: Tell us a particular quote or principle you live by?

Whitney: I’ll share a quote from a song by Drake. He said “I’m here for a good time but not for a long time”. So with the little time I have, I would live my life to the fullest. Not carelessly… but a life that would make sense and impact people (make meaning to others).

aha! Trybe: Why does this principle mean so much to you?

Whitney: In our day-to-day life, people die untimely deaths and just unexpectedly. I feel people should live their best lives and live easily with all the time they’ve got.

aha! Trybe: How do you keep yourself motivated?

Whitney: I keep myself motivated by just telling myself that I can do it. No matter the delays or circumstances I may be going through.

aha! Trybe: What do you enjoy doing in your leisure time?

Whitney: I spend my leisure time on the Internet. I browse, do research and study different things in the tech space. I am also a part-time DJ, though not professionally. It’s one of my hobbies when I am not so busy with important things.

aha! Trybe: What advice would you like to share with members of the community?

Whitney: My advise is for everyone to stay focused, continue to believe in God, and live life to the fullest.

aha! Trybe: Do you have a business you would like us to patronise?

Whitney: I run a food business and I live in Lagos. You can contact me if you would like nicely-cooked meals delivered to your address.

aha! Trybe: What would you do with 5 million Naira?

Whitney: Hmmmm the first thing I’ll do is go to church, thank God, pay my tithe, then I’ll start developing strategies to properly establish my business.

aha! Trybe: Anything else you would like to share with us?

Whitney: Thank you so much for this interview. I’ve really enjoyed sharing about myself.
