Member Spotlight – Oyindamola Ayodeji-Oni

Our member spotlight this week features Ms. Oyindamola Ayodeji-Oni. Oyindamola is a Pharmacist and the VP, Quality Assurance and Government Relations at Advantage Health Africa. One thing she loves about her job is the versatility it brings💪🏽. Oyindamola also helps Business Owners create systems and structure, so they can get better results from their business(es) without getting overwhelmed or burnt-out. aha! Trybe: How long have you been a member of aha! Trybe? 

Oyindamola: From inception in February 2022.

aha! Trybe: Why did you join the Trybe?

Oyindamola: For the purpose of community.

aha! Trybe: How would you describe your experience with us so far?

Oyindamola: Interesting.

aha! Trybe: What do you like most about the trybe?

Oyindamola: I like the engagement that happens on the community group.

aha! Trybe: Tell us a nickname you presently have or have had in the past and how it came about.

Oyindamola: The nickname is Oyinmix, a classmate of mine just randomly started calling that and it stuck.

aha! Trybe: What did you want to become when you were a child?

Oyindamola: A pharmacist 😝

aha! Trybe: What is your current occupation?

Oyindamola: I am a pharmacist and I serve as the Vice President, Quality Assurance and Government Relations at Advantage Health Africa.

aha! Trybe: What do you love most about your job?

Oyindamola: The versatility

aha! Trybe: Can you tell us 3 most important rules you live by?

Oyindamola: Here goes:
– To your own self, be true.
– Anything is possible.
– Live and let live

aha! Trybe: Does success, for you, depend on having a university degree?

Oyindamola: NO!!!

aha! Trybe: What is your idea of good music?

Oyindamola: I’m actually not particular about music 🙊🙊

aha! Trybe: What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve done?

Oyindamola: Hmmmm… I can’t pinpoint any.

aha! Trybe: Do you feel like there are double standards when it comes to rules for men and women?

Oyindamola: Yes, I think so.

aha! Trybe: What advice would you like to share with members of the community?

Oyindamola: Keep doing your best, everything good will come.

aha! Trybe: Do you have a business you would like us to patronise?

Oyindamola: Yes, I teach business structure and I also work with business owners to structure their books. There’s information about all these on my Instagram
